If you feel marginalized because of your race, disability status, neurodiversity, sexuality, or gender, your experience is valid. Navigating the mental health impact of systemic inequality can be heavy, and you deserve a space that honors your full story. Together, we can deconstruct internalized oppression, build resilience, and reclaim your agency. My goal is with mindfulness liberation psychology is to help you cultivate the self-awareness and empowerment needed to create lasting, meaningful change in your life.
We will explore your intersectional identity through an egalitarian, antiracist, queer-affirming lens, while decolonizing our propaganda, and honor the complexity of who you are. Together, we will confidently work toward building clarity, tools, healthy coping mechanisms, resources, and resilience needed to navigate your path with agency.
I understand how complex and isolating these experiences can feel. I invite you to a free 15-minute consultation to see if my approach feels right for you. I offer counseling in Oregon, including teletherapy for clients across the Willamette valley. Let’s take the next step toward your healing and empowerment together.
