Drawing on my background as a massage therapist, I bring a unique somatic lens to relational work. I emphasize how stress, trauma, and social factors live in the body and impact your nervous system regulation within your relationships. My work is systemic and grounded in social justice.

As a queer and chronically ill-identifying therapist, I am passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ couples and families navigating chronic illness (especially gut disorders). My style is warm, collaborative, and gently challenging as I help you and your loved ones reclaim agency and find more ease in your relational patterns.
