My goal is to build a trusting, safe therapeutic relationship where we can navigate the nonlinear and often messy process of healing together. Whether you are seeking couples therapy to break old cycles or navigating complex family dynamics, I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for profound change. Drawing on my background as a massage therapist, I bring a unique somatic lens to relational work. I emphasize how stress, trauma, and social factors live in the body and impact your nervous system regulation within your relationships. My work is systemic and grounded in social justice.
As a queer and chronically ill-identifying therapist, I am passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ couples and families navigating chronic illness (especially gut disorders). My style is warm, collaborative, and gently challenging as I help you and your loved ones reclaim agency and find more ease in your relational patterns.
Reaching out for marriage counseling or family support can feel vulnerable, and taking this step is an act of courage. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing from relational trauma, or a deeper sense of connection, I’m here to help. I offer telehealth sessions for Washington residents and free consultations. I am honored to begin this journey with you!
