As a therapist with Root & Rise Collective, I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges in ways that feel meaningful and manageable. Whether a child is struggling with school or family dynamics, a teen is working through identity or emotional regulation, or an adult is experiencing anxiety, grief, depression, or life transitions, I strive to create a welcoming and judgment-free space for healing.
Through my work, I focus on building meaningful therapeutic relationships across age groups so that clients feel supported, understood, and empowered.
I integrate mindfulness, strength-based, and somatic approaches to help adults navigate life in authentic and sustainable ways while building emotional regulation and resilience. With children and teens, I incorporate elements of play and art therapy to support emotional expression, skill-building, and creative processing.
I believe meaningful growth happens in spaces where clients feel safe, respected, and free to show up as they are. My goal is to offer compassionate, thoughtful care that supports healing and self-discovery at every stage of life.
