I offer expertise and experience in assisting parents, caregivers and families in supporting children in navigating these concerns as well as with reducing distressing issues surrounding OCD, ADHD, ASD, Anxiety and Depression. I offer in person & online appointments for ages 4 to 23.
I am a master's graduate of Bryn Mawr College and a Licensed Master Social Worker. I hold a Bachelor’s in Human Services, with a clinical concentration, from the University of Delaware. I additionally have experience working to support children and families in Maryland and Delaware through the public schools and state programming.
I take an approach uniquely designed for each individual client's needs. This might include: Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Exposure therapy, Expressive Arts, Play therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Mindfulness, TF-CBT or psycho- education for parents to support young clients with a variety of concerns
