I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress-related concerns, and emotional challenges that may feel overwhelming or difficult to manage alone. Many clients come to therapy seeking support during life transitions, after traumatic experiences, or while coping with mood and anxiety disorders. As a counselor trainee, I strive to provide a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive environment where clients feel heard, safe, and supported as they build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward long-term healing and personal growth.
I provide evidence-based, client-centered counseling focused on trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD-related concerns. My inpatient behavioral health experience has strengthened my ability to support individuals with complex emotional needs in a supportive and nonjudgmental space. I am also fluent in Spanish and committed to culturally responsive care.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when carrying emotional pain or stress alone. You deserve a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood. I am committed to providing compassionate care while helping clients build resilience, confidence, and meaningful change at their own pace.
