I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress-related concerns, and emotional challenges that may feel overwhelming or difficult to manage alone. Many clients come to therapy seeking support during life transitions, after traumatic experiences, or while coping with mood and anxiety disorders.
