I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am located in Hayward, WI. I see patients statewide via telehealth and I am hoping to add Minnesota to my roster very soon. My therapy focus areas are anxiety, depression, trauma, and children/families. My approach to therapy is that I am a guide who offers a helping hand while you discover where you want to be and helps you get there.
The therapeutic approach that I use depends on your age, goals, your preferences, and what we learn works best for you. My approach is eclectic, using psychodynamic, attachment, Acceptance, and commitment (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Therapy.
My focus has been on children and young adults, ages 5-18. As well as working with their parents and seeing adults individually. As I stated earlier, I am here to help you get to where you want to be. In order to do that my focus is building a solid trusting relationship and environment with you that is both nurturing and healthy.
