Hello! I am a therapist who works with children and adults. I have been fortunate to work with a wide variety of individuals, families, and groups. I have a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in American Indian Studies. I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker through the Minnesota Board of Social Work. As I work towards my Licensed Clinical Social Work licensure I am under the supervision of Christine Hensgens.
I train and practice in experimental play therapy and use this modality with children. I believe that is important to also keep parents apart of the therapy process as they are such a guiding force for children. When working with adults I like to use an eclectic approach and drawing on different approaches of therapy to help clients reach their goals.

Working collaboratively with parents to ensure both the parents and children’s goals are being met. I like to focus on the clients strengths and building skills to address their concerns, addressing the current distress.
