I enjoy working with teens, college students, adults, and parents navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, burnout, emotional regulation, executive functioning challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients are neurodivergent or parents seeking support navigating parenting their neurodivergent child. Together, we'll identify your strengths, build practical skills, and develop strategies that promote meaningful growth, resilience, and lasting change in everyday life.
I provide evidence-based therapy for ADHD, autism, anxiety, executive functioning, burnout, and emotional regulation. I also support parents of neurodivergent children and offer consultation to help families understand psychoeducational evaluations, 504 Plans, and IEPs.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and reconnect with what matters most. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable while building the clarity, confidence, and tools to help you move forward.
