On the outside, you make success look easy, though it comes at a cost. You hide parts of yourself leaving you wrestling with anxiety, guilt, shame, and overwhelm. You may even experience an internal polarity. My goal is to help alleviate the struggles and difficulties you've been carrying by providing a caring and warm space. We will look at various parts of yourself and find what's working and what's not, so new patterns can emerge by deepening insight and finding pragmatic solutions. I enjoy helping clients improve communication, understand emotions, and create a healthy relationship with themselves and others.

I strive to create a space that is non-judgmental by using humor, patience, and curiosity. In sessions, I use a holistic lens to understand all aspects of you impact you today to identify unhelpful patterns. I pull techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Polyvagal to help you move into helpful patterns needed so you can reach your fullest potential.

This process isn't easy, and thank you for taking a huge step into your healing journey! Please note, our office is out-of-network with insurance, but we file all out-of-network claims on your behalf after each session.
