On the outside, you make success look easy, though it comes at a cost. You hide parts of yourself leaving you wrestling with anxiety, guilt, or uncertainty of what to do. You may experience thoughts that stop you in your tracks. My goal is to help alleviate the struggles you've been carrying by providing a caring and welcoming space. We will look at various parts of yourself and find what's working and what's not to deepen insights and find pragmatic solutions, so you can live authentically. I have success helping clients improve communication, understand emotions, and create a healthy relationship with themselves and others.

I strive to create a space that is non-judgmental by using humor, patience, and curiosity. I use a holistic lens to understand all aspects of you impact you today to identify unhelpful patterns. I pull techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Polyvagal to help you move into helpful patterns needed so you can reach your most authentic self.

This process isn't easy, and thank you for taking a huge step into your healing journey! Please note, our office is out-of-network with insurance, but we file all out-of-network claims on your behalf after each session.
