Hi, I'm so glad you're here. Working with me is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I'm a relationally driven therapist, which means my goal is to help you find healing within yourself, your family system, or your romantic relationship.
I might be a good fit if you're an over-functioning perfectionist, people-pleaser, or eldest daughter ready to strengthen boundaries and take back your life. For individuals, I also specialize in supporting the transition to life with Type 1 diabetes, inner child work, and recovering from or leaving a relationship behind.
For couples, my approach is rooted in communication, trust, and conflict navigation, and I draw from the Gottman Method (Gottman Level 1 certified). I also have experience supporting co-parenting dynamics and intimacy struggles.
My background in family therapy includes parent coaching, caregiver burnout, and adolescent therapy. I integrate IFS, narrative therapy, and somatic experiencing into my work across all areas.
I believe therapy is a tool to help you feel free, empowered, and fully yourself. I'd love to hear from you and see how I can support you!
