Welcome! I'm Savannah, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor specializing in eating disorders, with experience in treating dual diagnoses, mood disorders, and personality disorders. My passion lies in helping individuals navigate the complexities of their relationships with themselves, others, and the world around them. I provide a safe, supportive, and sometimes light-hearted space for all of my clients. I believe that the therapeutic relationship accounts for the majority of a client's progress. Therefore, I show up to the therapeutic space genuinely and wholeheartedly, ready to listen, learn, and grow with my clients.

It did not take me long into my clinical practice to discover that people cannot think their way out of feeling. We can rationalize, use logic, and talk our way in and out of situations, but our emotions linger. My therapeutic approach fosters emotion granularity, which is the ability to accurately identify and explain one's emotions.
