By integrating a strengths-based approach to counseling, I focus on clients ingrained power and how they can use personal attributes to live a life that this authentic to their own self-imposed values. By using humor & creating a warm non-judgmental environment I embrace each client’s unique needs with enthusiasm and determination. My passion is to help women & those in the LGBTQIA+ community reclaim their identities, find their voices, and learn how to harness their inner power in an uplifting and therapeutic manner. I have experience working with a plethora of individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, PTSD, conduct disorders, trauma related disorders, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. As each person is unique I implement individualized treatment approaches to therapy to best fit the needs of each client.
My goal for each client is to assist them in finding their power, fire, drive, passion, and zest for life. I hope to help enhance clients ability to reflect on themselves so they can use the tools learned in the office to implement in everyday life. I look forward to connecting with new clients and helping them on their unique journey to healing.
