I’m passionate about helping women, trauma survivors, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those struggling with anxiety rediscover who they are beneath the pain. My approach blends empathy, insight, and the occasional well-timed laugh to make the hard work of healing feel human. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, seen, and even a little lighter as you grow. Together, we’ll navigate your journey with honesty, heart, and a sense of humor.
I specialize in women’s issues, LGBTQIA+ support, and trauma work, offering a safe, affirming space for healing and growth. I have experience with anxiety, conduct disorders, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. As each person is unique I implement individualized treatment approaches to therapy to best fit the needs of each client.
My goal for each client is to assist them in finding their power, fire, drive, passion, and zest for life. I hope to help enhance clients ability to reflect on themselves so they can use the tools learned in the office to implement in everyday life. I look forward to connecting with new clients and helping them on their unique journey to healing!
