I take an eclectic approach of care for my clients, as I believe no one size fits all. However, I am attuned to experiential and emotionally focused methods that call for collaboration, a strength-based approach, client autonomy, emotional awareness, personal growth, authenticity, and a mind-body connection. I utilize EMDR, parts work, and expressive arts.
