Growing up at the intersections of Hispanic, Native, and colonized cultures, I carry an embodied sense of unseen pain, cultural complexity, and the quiet weight of chronic illness. Rooted in warmth, curiosity, and presence, my approach is a collaborative exploration guided by your voice and your pace. I work with individuals, parents, and families moving through intergenerational trauma, grief, and intricate family dynamics. I also support queer clients and those living with chronic illness or the quiet burden of feeling unseen. In this space, you don’t have to explain everything. We’ll move gently, with warmth and care, and always at your pace.

I draw from family systems therapy, somatic practices, and grief-informed care, weaving in metaphor, practical tools, and soul-centered reflection. Healing is relational and lives in the body. You didn’t create the harm, but you can reclaim your story, and therapy is a place where that reclamation begins.
