Recognition of patterns of behavior that once were helpful that may now be harmful. Space for using art for expression when words fail.
Engaging in therapy can be incredibly vulnerable and raw, while at the same time, creates potential for rebirth, growth, and renewal. Have patience with yourself if it’s hard to schedule an appointment, but know that I look forward to speaking with you and getting started on a dangerous, exciting, and worthwhile journey of the self.
