My current clinical focus is on women seeking an ADHD diagnosis or treatment. I'm an ADHD certified care specialist and have invested over 55 hours in training. I utilize the FDA-cleared QBcheck for ADHD testing along with a thorough assessment.
I help most of my clients by offering non-judgmental support from discussing sex to how to move your body in a way that feels helpful and not harmful. You can talk to me about parenting, relationship issues, or school. I am confident working with clients who are spiritual, such as utilizing My Human Design, Tarot, and practicing Wiccan/Wicca.
I am trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, PMTO, DBT skills, Play Therapy, and have sought out advanced training in suicidal ideation, non-suicidal self-harm, ADHD, and inner child work. I am also skilled in working with patients on weight loss medications. Within our office, we have specialists for all ages. If I can't help, I will refer you to someone who can!
It is my goal that you never feel judged, less than, or shamed in my office. I’m here to help you process the highs, lows, and everything in between. There's nothing you can share that will scare me. ADHD Support Groups
Wright Solutions is currently developing virtual support groups for parents/caregivers, partners, and individuals with ADHD. We will place you with people seeking the same kind of support. Both insurance and private pay are available. We estimate that the maximum cost per session will be $20. Some insurances cover group therapy; if you're not sure if yours does, just send us a message. Groups will be virtual. Day/time will be determined by patient availability. We will use ADHD coaching principles, CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic tools in our meeting.
