I enjoy working with adult clients who will value the work they put into therapy as much as the work they get out. I work with couples, families, and individuals all of whom want to create a better environment for themselves to thrive in. As a woman I can relate to the harsh realities of life that encourage women to compete for joy without the same resources or standards as many others. Relationship therapy in particular is a specialty of mine and I work with couples of all spectrums move through seemingly impenetrable challenges. Families can also find themselves comfortable in my therapy office.
I specialize in helping people navigate their unique identity and values in a system society where relationships and communication is key. Helping partners find their way back to one another after a betrayal or just a long time of growing apart. Helping individuals feel seen and confident expressing themselves while coping with this difficult world.
