I work with individuals impacted by trauma, substance use, and mental health concerns that can make daily life feel overwhelming. You may find yourself cycling through anxiety, emotional shutdown, shame, or unhelpful coping patterns, and feeling unsure where to turn next. My approach is trauma-informed, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to justify your coping or have everything figured out before you get started. We work at your pace to develop practical tools for emotional regulation, navigating triggers, and expanding your sense of choice in how you respond to challenges.
