Identification of these patterns provides the opportunity to change them and ultimately find more joy in experiences, intimacy in relationships, and the ability to communicate effectively.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I love teaching children, as young as 3, how to identify their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and appropriately express their feelings to others. I am also passionate about helping couples overcome struggles, learn to communicate effectively, and increase fulfillment in their relationship.
Everyone's story is different and requires an individualized treatment plan to help them achieve their personal goals. I use a variety of treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalysis, behavioral modification, and play therapy.
