At Wild Heart Therapy + Consulting, I work with people who are ready for meaningful change, not just better ways to manage what isn’t working. Many of my clients are professionals, leaders, parents, and helpers who appear capable and successful on the outside, but inside feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or exhausted. You may understand your patterns intellectually but still find yourself repeating them. Together, we work toward feeling more grounded, connected, confident, and at home in your own life.

My approach goes beyond talk therapy. I integrate somatic therapy, brainspotting, neuroscience, mindfulness, and nature-based practices to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and create change you can feel. I specialize in trauma, stress and burnout, relationship patterns, and life transitions.

Along with weekly therapy, I offer extended sessions and customized Therapy Intensives for those who want dedicated time and space to go deeper. Whether we meet in my Bend office, outdoors, or virtually, you can expect therapy that is warm, active, collaborative, and tailored to you.
