I utilizes a variety of evidence-based modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Counseling, and Structural Family Therapy. I tailor my approach to fit each individuals needs, and I work collaboratively to help clients overcome their existing barriers to change.
