Women’s Psychotherapy Process Group
This women’s process group offers a supportive and reflective space for women to explore emotional patterns, relationships, identity, and personal growth in connection with others. Through guided discussion and shared experience, members deepen self-awareness, strengthen boundaries, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. The group emphasizes emotional safety, mutual respect, and authenticity, allowing participants to process life transitions, stressors, and internal conflicts while cultivating insight, resilience, and self-trust. This is a 10-week group. Next scheduled group begins Feb 2026
