The most important thing to me as your therapist is to offer you a safe place, where you can express yourself and be heard in a judgement free zone. I believe in being curious in therapy, and taking a client centered approach. You are your own authority. I am a trauma informed therapist and immerse myself in studying and learning the dance of trauma healing. I am a body based trauma therapist. We don't think ourselves out of trauma, we move through it with the wisdom of our body. I take a unique, gentle approach to processing the different aspects of trauma. I am intuitive and very open. Truly this work is my passion.

I LOVE therapy and how powerful it is. I'm not a one size fits all kind of therapist. I connect to my clients and truly get to know them and their needs. I offer a safe environment where acceptance, caring and growth can take place. I love laughter and bringing it to my practice. Sometimes life is rough, and we all need a safe place, this to me is therapy.

I truly enjoy getting to know others and seeing others goodness. My style is loving, compassionate, intuitive, and inspiring. It is my desire that you leave my office recognizing your worth and experiencing life to the fullest. I love to laugh, smile, and I bring that light to my practice. I am genuine, and I care.
