Many of my clients experience frequent anxiety throughout their day. This anxiety may manifest as overthinking, hypervigilance, constantly playing out worst case scenarios in your head or feeling unable to slow down and rest. In relationships, you notice hyper-independence, emotional disconnection or fears around intimacy and vulnerability. Maybe you are struggling with painful family dynamics that leave you feeling guilty and steamrolled after trying to set boundaries and communicate your needs. Deep down, you may carry a quiet sense of inadequacy, or the feeling that you don’t quite belong, no matter how hard you try.

Even if you have been to therapy before, certain reactions, patterns and beliefs won't budge. My approach goes beyond insight and self awareness- I blend somatic, relational and attachment based therapies with a focus on Internal Family Systems, EMDR and nervous system healing to rewire deeply ingrained emotional patterns that were created out of survival.
