I specialize in working with adults with relational and complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, burn out, codependency, people pleasing, perfectionism and parenting challenges. I bring a trauma-informed, somatic, relational and holistic approach to my clinical work, and I strive to empower and challenge my clients to make transformational shifts in their lives.
