Above all else, I believe that the therapeutic relationship between the clinician and client is the most important part of the therapy process. I do my best to build a safe space for us to work together, and ensure that we are a good fit before moving forward. With a lot of empathy and a little bit of humor, I believe that we can work together to make positive change based on your individual goals. I try to create a safe environment where all emotions can be felt and validated.
I have worked with people working through many different issues, but I am most passionate about working with those who are experiencing grief and trauma in all forms. Your grief deserves space - I welcome you to bring your grief as it is, in its rawest and realest forms, to be seen as it deserves. I am trained in EMDR and a trauma-informed provider.
