I love supporting people who are ready to learn and grow. I specialize in helping people overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, challenging relationship issues including sexuality, loss/grief, and deepen into their personal growth & joy. I offer EMDR & Ketamine Assisted Therapy, two powerful, evidence-based approaches to trauma, & PACT therapy for couples.
I often lead with an experiential and body-based approach to therapy, because it's only by actually feeling our unique struggles and joys that we are able to get unstuck, and remember our innate freedom, strength, and resilience. My style is warm and direct, and I love laughing as well as crying with my clients.
