I often use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With DBT, we'll explore and learn to accept difficulties and work towards changing them. You will learn new skills to manage painful emotions, decrease conflict in relationships and accepting change.
