Welcome! I’m a therapist specializing in working with folks going through life transitions. Whether that means working through grief and loss, exploring one's identity, divorce, a career change, starting over in a new place, a medical event that results in a change in lifestyle, or stopping a habit that no longer serves you. I really enjoy helping people discover what gives their life meaning and exploring the big questions. I like getting philosophical! I'm also a big proponent of narrative therapy- owning your story and telling it the way you want to tell it rather than the way people tell it to you.
My background in community mental health has informed my therapeutic style and allowed me to develop an approach rooted in collaboration and advocacy. I aim to empower clients to see new perspectives and make positive change in their lives.
I strive to create a judgment-free space that encourages the vulnerability necessary for effective therapeutic work. I know that starting therapy isn’t easy, and therapists aren’t a one-size-fits-all for every client.
