I provide Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, families, and individuals looking to connect more deeply with themselves and others, communicate their needs more authentically, and develop greater resilience through secure attachment. As a therapist, I believe that change is always possible and that healing happens through new emotional experiences. My style is caring, genuine, playful (and a little irreverent), hopeful, and direct, helping to create a space where you feel safe, understood, empowered, and challenged.

I use EFT paired with parts work and Socio-Emotional Relationship Therapy (SERT) (and Gestalt play therapy when working with kiddos) to foster secure connection, belonging, and relational equity. I particularly enjoy working with second generation immigrants, neurodiverse couples, and adult siblings.
