I'd like to help you find peace, ease, healing, and growth. My specialties are mindfulness, queer and trans care, and emotional regulation skills. Whether you already identify as queer or transgender, or are just starting out on your journey, I can help you find greater self-acceptance, self-love, and resilience. I help adults and teens manage stress and gain greater understanding of emotions to find harmony and health. For those who are attracted to it, Buddhist psychology and meditation can help in understanding and integrating spiritual experiences and working with daily life. My training and personal experience with contemplative psychotherapy, Hakomi somatic psychotherapy, and queer becoming offer a blend of growth-related practices and therapeutic tools to help you uncover your "brilliant sanity"- the inherent wisdom and intrinsic health that are already present within you.

I can teach you skills and practices to find balance and reduce suffering and confusion. My background in mindfulness-based psychotherapy comes from long-term Buddhist practice and clinical training. Meditation isn't for everyone, and I can help you cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and self-acceptance in ways that work for you. I believe that clearing away the obstacles to growth is one of the most important things therapy can do.

As a genderqueer/nonbinary/genderfluid and sex- and kink-positive therapist, I understand what it's like to create and discover your own unique identity. I use evidence-based practices alongside transpersonal, humanistic, and trauma-informed therapies to deliver what really works. Please feel free to get in touch!
