CLOSED TO NEW INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS 1/2020. I'd like to help you find peace, ease, healing, and growth. Whether you already identify as queer or transgender, or are just starting out on your journey, I can help you find greater self-acceptance, self-love, and resilience. I can also teach you new ways to regulate your emotions and work with mood cycles and bipolar disorder. My training in mindfulness, contemplative psychotherapy, Hakomi somatic therapy, DBT, transpersonal psychology, and queer healing offer a blend of therapeutic tools to help you uncover your "brilliant sanity"- the intrinsic health that is already present within you.
I can teach you skills and practices to find balance and reduce suffering and confusion. With my background in body-centered, mindfulness-based psychotherapy, I can help you cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and self-acceptance in ways that work for you. Clearing away obstacles to growth is one of the most important things therapy can do.
As a non-binary/genderqueer and sex- and kink-positive therapist, I know what it's like to create and discover your own unique identity. I'll use evidence-based, relational, and trauma-informed therapy to help you reach you life goals. Let's work together to create a healing experience that works for you. Please feel free to get in touch!

Transfeminine Support Group

This professionally-facilitated therapy group for trans women and transfeminine people helps us realize we are not alone in our challenges, and provides a living laboratory for understanding our experience in groups. This group costs $15-45 per session, sliding scale. This is a closed group with a 12-week commitment, and members must register and participate in a free phone consultation in advance. Any person who identifies as transfeminine or a transwoman is "trans enough" to be in this group. Please contact me with questions or to register.
