My approach is non-judgmental, adaptational, and strengths-based, working with each client to identify their unique strengths and build upon them to better meet their needs. I am passionate about exploring topics of parenting skills and coparenting, separation/divorce, neurodivergence, and mood and anxiety disorders.
I have completed EMDR training, Level 1 of the Gottman Method for couples, coparenting facilitator training, and advanced training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and use these modalities and research within my practice.
When working with both individuals and couples, I thoroughly enjoy incorporating creative interventions, humor, and client interests across age groups.
