I offer a space to explore the unconscious forces at play and reconnect with the inner parts of you that seek healing. Whether you’re navigating trauma, identity, or disconnection from your purpose, therapy can help you develop new insight, self-leadership, and emotional clarity. Together, we move beyond symptoms into meaningful change.
I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Jungian-oriented therapy, and mindfulness-based trauma work. My style is integrative, combining psychodynamic insight, somatic awareness, and existential depth. I offer practical tools to heal emotional wounds, explore parts of the psyche, and help you live more consciously and courageously.
I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, where I specialized in trauma and addiction over 5.5 years. My journey also took me to Kyoto, Japan, where I studied Zen Buddhism and Mindfulness Meditation. Additionally, I am certified in training for EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
