Feeling stuck in your head, disconnected from your body, or like talk therapy isn't quite reaching what needs healing? As a somatic experiencing therapist, I help you regulate your nervous system, process trauma, and reconnect with your body's innate wisdom. I work with anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, chronic stress, and burnout using somatic techniques that honor the mind-body connection. I bring a trauma-informed lens shaped by constantly unlearning oppressive systems, supported by my daily meditation practice.
In our first sessions, I'll teach you the language of Somatic Experiencing - how trauma lives in the body and how we'll work together. We'll build skills in tracking sensations and working with your nervous system. Then we'll gently untangle the knots, helping you move from dysregulation to groundedness, overwhelm to capacity, survival mode to peace.
