I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in schools, homes and outpatient settings, supporting all family members experiencing trauma and conflict. I use practical approaches that help kids manage big feelings, make better choices, and improve relationships. I connect well with teens by balancing equal conversation with humor and directness.

Parenting can be exhausting, and teens often feel out of control—but you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, judgment-free space for honest conversations, rebuilding trust, and learning skills that calm daily life, strengthen relationships, and create hope for the future.
