Do you feel like no one truly understands your teen—or that your family is stuck in constant arguments, stress, and worry about the future? You’re not alone. I help families navigate big emotions, challenging behaviors, and conflict with honesty, warmth, and practical strategies. My therapy style is a place to ask the hard questions and have the difficult conversations. Together, we’ll create a space for real conversations while learning more about ourselves in order to rebuild connection—so every member of your family feels heard, respected, and more confident in themselves and their relationships.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in schools, homes and outpatient settings, supporting all family members experiencing trauma and conflict. I have practiced in elementary and secondary school settings, domestic violence shelters and non-profits. I connect well with clients by balancing equal conversation with humor and directness.
Parenting can be exhausting, and teens often feel out of control—but you don’t have to face it alone. Teens, I'll meet you where you're at and we'll work together to make change. I offer a safe, judgment-free space for honest conversations, rebuilding trust, and learning skills that calm daily life, strengthen relationships, and create hope for the future.

I work with young people and families to unpack what's not being said and push past feelings of shame and inadequacy as a person, as a parent and as a child. I often utilize modalities that fit the client and the situation, while being culturally sensitive to my clients needs. Just like how one size fits all never works, no therapy modality is universal.
