Relational therapy for BIPOC queer people, couples, and chosen families. I work with people in complex relationships, including partners, polycules, families, friend groups, and the relationship they have with themselves. Many come in feeling stuck in familiar roles or carrying more than their share. My work is grounded in family systems and somatics. I am also a yoga teacher, and I integrate body awareness to support regulation and honest conversation. I pay close attention to safety, consent, and power, helping people stay connected while honoring themselves.
I work especially well with couples and groups where patterns have become rigid or unclear. This includes polycules, siblings, adult family systems, and long-standing friendships navigating conflict, transition, or repair. I do not take sides. I help people slow things down, listen more carefully, and take responsibility without shame.
