Are you feeling unseen, unheard, or weighed down by your past? I'd like to support you! Healing from trauma isn’t easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. I work with children, teens, and adults dealing with adverse childhood experiences, domestic violence, intimate partner violence, sexual violence, anxiety, loss/grief, and the heavy impact of daily life.
As a certified DV/SV Advocate and proud LGBTQ+ ally with 12+ years of experience, I create spaces where every identity is honored and every story matters. I’m passionate about working with those who often feel unseen, especially BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals.
I strive to make therapy a space of safety, freedom, and empowerment. My approach blends the best of both worlds: evidence-based therapies like TF-CBT and DBT with creative, whole-person healing through mindfulness, walk-and-talk sessions, meditation, and sound bowl therapy.
Sometimes healing happens sitting across from each other; sometimes it happens while walking, breathing, or just being still together.
