Accepting new clients: Most people I work with have experiences of sexual trauma, narcissistic abuse, or emotionally abusive relationships. You might struggle with boundaries, people-pleasing, or feeling guilty when you try to say no. During trauma, many people find their needs were ignored or minimized. If you’ve ever thought, “What if they get mad at me?” you are not alone. Sometimes it can be easier to stay quiet than risk conflict, because it feels difficult to feel safe in relationships. You may be looking for therapy now because you're tired of putting everyone before yourself and treating yourself like you don't matter.

In therapy, I help you understand patterns that are related to trauma. Together we will begin to change these patterns so you can live a life you feel proud of. I use EMDR therapy to help process painful memories so they are less intense and not present in your daily life. The goal is to help you feel safer in your body and more confident in your choices.

As you heal, you can start to trust yourself and reclaim your voice. Therapy is about helping you feel like yourself again, not the version of you in survival mode.
