Many people who seek therapy with me struggle with past trauma, anxiety, self-esteem issues, co-dependency, and people pleasing. You might feel like you have everything going right in your life, yet you're left feeling unsatisfied. A common thought you may experience is "I should feel grateful right now," but you don't. Together we can explore the root of the unhappiness in your life. I am trained in EMDR and help people processing difficulty memories while building positive thoughts about themselves. We use EMDR so you can keep the past in the past and live your life fully in the present moment.
For the past several years, helping people overcome the trauma they endured has been a huge passion of mine. In therapy sessions, I teach people how to stand up for themselves, set boundaries, and feel good about themselves. I want to help people live a life they feel proud of. Imagine a life where you feel at peace with yourself.
I empower my clients to take back control of their life and be compassionate to themselves. Through a supportive, trauma-informed environment we can face these issues together. To start therapy send me an email or give me a call. I look forward to helping you in your healing journey.
