I specialize in identifying the unconscious, maladaptive beliefs which often cause needless suffering. Inner critic work, as well as employing tools such as mindfulness practice and self-compassion can help shift painful patterns relating to yourself and others. With weekly therapy, insight leads to awareness, providing the foundation for lasting change.
I find my work as a therapist creative and deeply rewarding. My style is warm, empathic and collaborative. I find a sense of humor is a helpful ally as the process unfolds.
