Working together, we can uncover unconsciously held beliefs that shape how you see yourself and relate to others. Through mindfulness, inner critic work and self-compassion, we can begin to shift long-standing patterns that cause distress or keep you stuck. Over time, therapy supports deeper self-understanding and a more accepting relationship with yourself.
My approach is warm, empathic, and collaborative. I bring playfulness to the work to help lighten the load you may be carrying. I find that a sense of humor can be a helpful ally as the work unfolds.
