I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and am committed to partnering with individuals and couples as they navigate the challenges of life. I work with clients in Alabama, and Virginia virtually. Couples can learn what the patterns are that keep them stuck and how to move out of those patterns.
I specialize in treating adults experiencing the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use and mood disorders. I assist with navigating life changes, parenting issues and relationship challenges. I utilize an integrative approach that fits you by drawing on several modalities including EMDR. My couples counseling draws on EFT and Gottman Method.
Most importantly I partner with you to help you get what you want out of therapy and tailor treatment to your goals. My focus is on helping you uncover truths and insights that allow you to make the changes that lead to you living a life of acceptance, meaning and purpose.
