Welcome! I’m Sarina, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I have been active in the field of Social Work for over seven years, with the last four focusing on individual therapy. I truly can’t see myself in any other field! I have experience helping clients overcome Anxiety, Depression, Shame, Guilt, Grief, and navigating life adjustments. I am a woman of God and with my clients request incorporate a faith based approach in our sessions. However, if faith based is not your preference I totally respect you and your beliefs and will not incorporate this approach in our sessions. My priority is you and your needs.
I lead with empathy and validation to meet you where you’re at and support you in the space you are in. I will encourage and empower you to remind yourself of your strengths and identify areas of improvement to achieve your identified goals.
