Hi, I’m Sarina. I support kids, teens, and adults who are overwhelmed by big feelings or busy lives to feel more grounded, joyful, and connected to themselves by offering warm, trauma-informed therapy that blends creativity, mindfulness, and a little bit of nature-based magic.
I work with children (5+), adolescents and adults who often feel like they have to be “on” all the time — high-achievers, perfectionists, deep feelers, and those whose bodies have carried too much through chronic illness or medical trauma. If you're feeling anxious, stuck, burnt out, or just plain tired, therapy can be a place to breathe, reflect, and reset.
