We were all children once. And the childhood experience has a lasting impact on the adults we become. Whether you are a parent seeking help for your child or you are simply looking to heal your inner child, I am glad you are here. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of perfectionism or people-pleasing, weighed down by a harsh inner critic, guilt, or self-blame. They may be navigating work stress or burnout, the challenges of parenting, questions about career direction or goals, or relationship concerns. Together, we work toward greater clarity, self-compassion, and meaningful, sustainable change.

We’ll spend time exploring your values and intentions so you feel empowered to guide the direction and pace of your work. I place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, working to create a space built on trust, care, and genuine connection.
