Focusing primarily on teens and young adults, I help clients of all ages navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. I integrate evidence-based tools from DBT, CPT, and Art Therapy. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for rapid trauma relief and specialize in treating selective mutism via PCIT-SM.
