As a trauma informed therapist, I am able to provide a curious, compassionate, authentic, and gentle approach to the therapeutic process using modalities like EMDR (Certified), Brainspotting, Somatic work, Parts work, and more. My specialties include working with Trauma/PTSD, Dissociative Disorders, Adolescents, Parents, and Anxiety.
