Hi! For over 10 years, I’ve walked alongside children, teens, and adults who felt stuck in places they never meant to camp - whether that’s addiction, anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of trauma. Change rarely happens all at once; it unfolds gradually, step by step, often across uneven ground. I see my role as helping you find your bearings, lighten what you’ve been carrying, and build skills to navigate challenges with steadiness and clarity. I offer therapy that is steady and relational, grounded in genuine connection.
In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions and take some time to map out the challenges you’re currently navigating. From there, we’ll chart a thoughtful, personalized path forward, guiding our work in the sessions ahead.
