I’m passionate about supporting individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and identity at your own pace. I’m especially interested in working with clients facing anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, or faith and cultural identity challenges. My goal is to help you reconnect with your values, build self-awareness, and move toward a more intentional and fulfilling life. I offer a calm, compassionate environment where you don’t have to have the answers—I’m here to help you find them.
I help individuals navigate anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, and identity challenges by offering a supportive space to explore their thoughts and emotions. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Islamic Counseling, and Existential Therapy to help clients challenge negative thinking, reconnect with their values, and find meaning in their experiences.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel to face anxiety, self-doubt, or questions about your identity and purpose. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Together, we can create a safe space where your experiences are honored, and you can begin to uncover clarity, strength, and hope. When you're ready, I am honored to be there for the journey.
